The Multifamily Bridge Program
Designed to help experienced real estate investors improve underperforming multifamily properties. Loan proceeds can be used to lightly rehab existing units in order to optimize the subject property's rental income. The program allows Borrowers to apply for up to 80%* financing on qualified multifamily commercial assets. The increased asset leverage puts cash in the hand of the Borrower and allows them to make improvements, lease up, and stabilize the property, to make it eligible for permanent financing
